If you wish to verify the data you have submitted to Miss Babbler, you can do so by email or through our customer service. Proof of identity will be required before the information is disclosed. This proof may be your registration email and password on our website.
This information should be kept safe, as any action or request made through your account is your responsibility.
We recommend that you do not save your password on the browser, as someone else with access to your computer can see it and use your personal information.

Registered mail service
The transportation fee is free according to the current temporary campaign.
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
When all items are in stock, orders are shipped the same day or next day depending on the time and method of payment chosen. Otherwise, they will be shipped within the maximum period stated in the articles out of stock.
Orders are processed on the business days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed until 15:30 GMT are usually dispatched on the same day. When processed after this time, they are shipped the next business day.
After the order is shipped, to order to arrive at your door, it is usually necessary to:
Continental Portugal: 1-3 business days
Madeira: up to 5 business days
Azores: 7-11 business days
European Community countries: up to 7 working days
Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 working days
Brazil: 10-22 business days
Delivery times can be extended in periods of great flow of objects, as is the case of holiday periods and Christmas.
Situations of retention of orders at customs for inspection may delay delivery.
Miss Babbler is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of articles that are not authorized to be marketed at the place of delivery. In these cases:
If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post Office and automatically returns, for reasons of non-authorization of the goods in the country of destination, upon receipt of the order returned in our store, we refund the value of the products deducted from any Portuguese customs fees Applied in the form of a discount voucher.
For reasons of customs action, in some destinations of exception is only posed the possibility of opting or not for the return. It is automatically carried out and the cost borne by our client.
Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to pick up the order.
All shipments are covered by insurance against loss.
In the event that your order is lost, Miss Babbler refunds the entire order or makes a second shipment at no additional cost.
The order can only be considered as lost after confirmation by the transport company.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a code in your email so that you can track it on the website of CTT.
If you have any difficulty locating your order, please contact the customer support team.
•If CTT is unable to deliver the order, a notice will be left in the mailbox for the order to be picked up at the indicated CTT post office, thus you will have a period of 5 business days to pick up the item.
•When an order is returned to Miss Babbler due to the customer's responsibility and the latter intends to have it sent back, or a new one sent, the payment of new shipping costs is necessary.
The shipping cost must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to our customer support team or via email along with the returned order number and the name of the first account holder from which the bank transfer was made.

Miss Babbler only accepts returns of new, complete products that have no signs of damage or use within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the order.
To proceed with the return you should contact our customer support team via email for a registration to be made.
We do not accept returns of the following items: Custom pieces and lingerie.
If we receive returned items that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and we will propose the return to be sent together with the next order. If the customer refuses this option and wishes to get the item back, a new pick-up of the items on our premises will have to be scheduled and the customer is to bear the costs.
In order to exercise your right to return goods, please contact our Customer Service via email with the order number and the description or reference of the product you wish to return. Once confirmation of the return request has been given by our team, you are to send the article to our facilities within a maximum of 15 business days.

If you cancel a paid order, the refund will be made within 15 days.
The exchanges of products are accepted, in any case these requests are subject to the prior confirmation of stock. To exchange an item you must contact our Customer Support team.
Miss Babbler will strive to reimburse the customer quickly, however, the maximum period for reimbursement is 30 days from the date of arrival of the returned item to our warehouse.
In the case of cancelled orders (paid orders that have not been sent), the maximum period for reimbursement is 15 days.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Miss Babbler may change prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
The refusal of orders may also be the result of other reasons such as:
• Out of stock products.
• Order Payment Authorization Declined.
• Fraudulent orders.
If there is any problem with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.
We do everything in our power to keep your order and payment details secure. However, we are not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or ordering from our site.
